In addition, the client¡¯s bulimia nervosa was influenced by several familial factors such as chronic marital conflicts, unstable domestic atmosphere, undifferentiated emotion, role as a scapegoat, and lastly, the mother¡¯s dogmatic communication pattern which caused anxiety and grievance.
